"Long time no see" said my blog to me. Yeah it has been a pretty lengthy period; cricket world cup, the flu and the tooth aches held my fingers back. Well I am not still fully recovered from the above mentioned yet.
Still am going through the after shocks of the finals, where Sri Lanka lost to India. Sri Lanka did well to reach the finals. But the better team won at the end. Still think to myself that we could have put up a better fight.
I have been having this short and frequent flu like attacks recently. Starts with a sore throat then a cold (sneezing and phlem) and sometimes a mild fever. At the moment though, nothing to be alarmed. But wish it goes away quickly. It is a head-ache.
I, not being a great fan of doc visits is a well known fact among my friends and family. Eventually as my teeth gave me lots of problems, I had my left brain convinced and made a visit to the dentist.
It was a small shabby place and the doctor was well recommended by two of my close associates, who had they tooth mining done there. It was a nerve wracking experience visiting the tooth fairy. The drills, excavators, water sprays all those heavy jargons used in the mining world are used here too, which made my forehead sweat.
She tells me that the pulp close to the enamel and the sixth is discoloured outside which means there should be a rot inside.. What the heck! I thought to myself, never did like the dentist race very much. Yes I am a racist, who stand against the teeth excavators.
All said and done! Finally I feel that some junk is removed from my mouth, something alien is no-more inside me! Bravo doc you did it! I paid her a fortune and said thank you very much as she smiled ironically.
